Return
The consumer may withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 14 days from the date of delivery of the subject of the Order to the Consumer, without giving a reason for withdrawal and incurring costs.
In this case, the Consumer sends the Seller a statement of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement by e-mail or letter
The return of the Goods should be made together with the declaration of withdrawal or immediately after this declaration, but not later than within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement. The direct cost of returning the item is borne by the Consumer. The consumer should send the returned Goods to the following address: FX ELECTRONICS Jadwiga Rudnicka 93-346 Łódź. The returned goods cannot be damaged and must be packed in the original packaging.
In the event of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement, all payments are immediately returned to the Consumer. An appropriate correction invoice will be issued. The return will take place no later than within 14 days from the date on which the Seller received the declaration of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement. The refund will be made by bank transfer to the account indicated by the Customer in the form.
The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the Goods. The store does not accept any COD shipments. The cost of returning the Goods is not refundable.
Goods complaint
The Customer who is a Consumer has the right to complain about the Goods or Goods included in the Order.
In the event of physical defects of the purchased goods or non-compliance of the goods with the ordered goods, the Customer has the right to file a complaint.
The customer makes a complaint by sending a complaint regarding a given Good via the online store in the My returns/complaints panel.
The customer is obliged to attach to the complaint notification:
Damage report
Photos of damaged goods
Order number
Description
The store undertakes to notify the customer about the date and method of considering the complaint within 30 days from the date of its submission. All information regarding the complaint procedure will be provided by the Seller to the Consumer via e-mail to the address from which the complaint was sent.
