The PWM-40-12DA power supply by Mean Well is a high-class impulse device designed to power LED lighting. It is characterized by a power of 40W and an output voltage of 12V at a current of 3.34A, which ensures a stable power supply and is crucial for maintaining the long life and reliability of LED lighting. The power supply has a hermetic polymer housing with an IP67 protection rating, which means it is fully dust-resistant and can be immersed in water to a depth of up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. Additionally, the power supply is equipped with a 3-in-1 dimming function, allowing you to adjust the brightness using 1~10VDC voltage, PWM signal or resistor. This is an ideal solution for various lighting installations, guaranteeing the appropriate color temperature and energy efficiency.

     

Description of the PWM power supply series:

The PWM-40 series is a 40-watt AC/DC LED driver with constant voltage mode and PWM style output that is capable of maintaining color temperature and brightness uniformity when driving all types of LED strips. The PWM-40 operates in the range of 90~305VAC and offers models with various voltage ratings ranging from 12V to 48V. Thanks to high efficiency up to 90%, with a fanless design, the entire series is able to operate at a housing temperature of -40°C ~ +85°C with free air convection. The entire series has an IP67 protection rating and is suitable for use in dry, damp or wet locations. The PWM-40 is equipped with a dimming function that changes the duty cycle of the output, providing great flexibility in LED strip applications.
