Description of the SDR-480-48 power supply series:

The SDR-480-48 power supply by Mean Well is a high-performance device designed for mounting on a DIN rail. It features a wide input voltage range from 88 to 264VAC and 124 to 370VDC, making it suitable for a variety of industrial applications. The power supply offers a 48V output with a current of up to 10A and an output power of 480W. Its efficiency reaches 94%, which translates into lower energy losses and lower operating costs. The device has a built-in active PFC (Power Factor Correction) function and short-circuit, overload, overvoltage and thermal protections, ensuring safe and stable operation. The power supply is cooled by open air circulation and can operate at temperatures from -25 to +70°C, which further increases its reliability in difficult industrial conditions. An additional advantage is the possibility of parallel operation and operation indication with an LED diode. The SDR-480-48 power supply complies with a number of standards and certificates, which confirms its high quality and safety of use.

     

Description of the SDR power supply series:

The Mean Well series of SDR power supplies are technologically advanced devices designed for mounting on a TS-35/7.5 or 15 DIN rail. They are characterized by a metal housing and ultra-thin width, which makes them extremely compact and easy to install. These power supplies offer high efficiency up to 94% and built-in active power factor correction (PFC), ensuring high power quality and meeting EN61000-3-2 standards. The SDR series includes models with power from 75 to 960 W. Some models also feature a DC OK signal and an optional redundancy function, marked P, which increases power supply reliability. These power supplies are designed to operate at altitudes of up to 5,000 m above sea level. and are characterized by overload resistance up to 150%, as well as protection against short circuit, overload, overvoltage and overheating. They can operate in a wide range of ambient temperatures from -25°C to +70°C, which makes them suitable for a variety of industrial applications such as automation, telecommunications, alarm systems, control, LED lighting, medical, test and measurement systems, transport and many more.
